Ms. Munson has experience in construction management and handling, reviewing, and submitting contract documents, attending client meetings, communicating with subcontractors, and cost estimating. Furthermore, as a construction inspector, Ms. Munson has experience with quality control, testing and inspection required to ensure the completed projects meet or exceed the contract requirements. From performing daily inspections to substantial completion and final acceptance inspections, Ms. Munson has the expertise to track and record deficiencies, generate punch-lists and coordinate inspections.
