Mr. Rodriguez is a project manager with experience in civil, infrastructure, commercial and housing projects. He offers proficiency in constructing forensic assessments of major building systems and distressing conditions. He has managed large housing projects from construction plans review, estimates, budgets, earthwork, infrastructure, construction, delivering each housing unit to its new owner, and taking photos of the site and building conditions. He has been managing construction and environmental permits process for commercial and residential projects for clients with the different Puerto Rico Government agencies. In recent years he has been acting as Construction Inspector, Engineering Consulting and Design for private and government projects. In addition, Mr. Rodriguez offers expertise in maintenance and probable cost recommendations for building systems using our cost and recommended libraries. He has proficiency in writing clear and concise condition and status reports using our in-house templates and conducting public record research regarding building, zoning, and fire code violations.
