MFS Consulting, LLC provided professional engineering and project management services throughout the design and procurement phases including all related tasks, such as collaborating with the agency in the bidding process to achieve the final scope delivery required by the governor’s office. The historical buildings under this contract are located at Old San Juan Historic District. The planned construction consisted of historic restorations and repairs of the governor’s house and its surroundings structures. These facilities are essential buildings providing the services that the community needs.
