Project Overview

MFS Construction, LLC provided Design/Build services for the Vocational Trades Expansions Phase II and Photovoltaic System at the Ramey Job Corps Center project located in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.

Project Details

MFS was tasked in providing services for the design and construction for building additions and existing space renovations to accommodate the expansion of Culinary Arts, Plumbing, Cement Masonry, and Security vocational training programs, and the addition of a new Facilities Maintenance vocational training program. The building additions totaled approximately 8,170 gross square feet of new construction and the existing space renovations totaled approximately 11,850 gross square feet.

The work included renovations, repairs, replacement of four emergency stairs and the addition of elevator towers to dormitories buildings, as well as site improvements in the form of asphalt pavement, storm water system, general landscaping, roads, parking lots, walkways, connection to all utility lines, and site/security lighting.
