Installation of all new PVC Sanitary piping , new PEX plumbing, fire-resistant drywall, epoxy flooring, wall tiles, exhaust fans, LED lighting, sinks, mirrors, and steel entry doors.

Additionally, the mechanical room was upgraded by removing a 120-gallon storage tank, plywood floor, heater, and lighting. Installation of a new fiberglass contact tank, plywood, new valves, and a wall mounted heater.

The team also replaced all existing cast iron sanitary 3” drain lines with new sanitary 4” PVC lines in the basement and tied into the buildings sanitary outlet.
