Project Details

MFS replaced the existing asphalt shingle roof, (approximately 20 squares), with an asphalt shingle that complies with current wind-load requirements. It also included replacing damaged sheathing, installation of new weatherproof membrane, and flashing. MFS inspected the existing wood roof deck, identified any areas requiring replacement, and then replaced the damaged roof deck. MFS also installed stainless steel drip edge protection on roof edges, as well as new gutters and downspouts. MFS replaced approximately 20 linear feet of wood trim, replaced the existing antenna, and primed and painted approximately 300 square feet of wood trim on eaves.

MFS ensured work was coordinated with the parks and building staff so that there was minimal impact to their operations at the site.
