Project Details

The Cuartel de Ballajá is a three-story masonry building with an approximate footprint of 75,000 sq ft constructed in 1864. The sustainable green roof construction consisted of placing observation and sitting areas, walkways, and solar panels, all surrounded with sedum green roof cover on the rooftop of the Ballajá.
