Project Overview

MFS Construction, LLC (MFS) provided construction services at YWCA installations in Puerto Rico. The construction consisted of repairs of the site’s exterior to restore the facilities back to pre-design, function and capacity within the existing footprint, after the onslaught of Hurricane Maria (FEMA 4339DR-PR) in 2017.

Project Details

MFS fulfilled repairs to the site such as: the entrance, sidewalks, perimeter fence, and rear & side patios, as well as underground water tank protection. Simultaneously, the interior improvements to an office space outside the main building were worked on, in which the wiring and electrical fixtures were changed, the walls and ceiling were repaired, the door and windows were replaced, along with the roof waterproofing treatment.
