Fidel, with an educational background in civil engineering, has vast experience in a general contracting and project management in both the public and private sectors. His involvement in the construction industry spans 25 years in a variety of managerial and leadership roles both in Puerto Rico and the USVI. He holds an outstanding reputation of uncompromising commitment to quality and safety in all of his projects.
He has a broad knowledge of project risk management with an influential leadership role ensuring all aspects throughout the lifecycle of a project. He brings to the team vast experience overseeing all components of project contractual obligations, including but not limited to schedule, staffing, financial, subcontractor and client relationships. His presence in every project means a hands-on involvement for all construction operations achieving on-time project completion and a longstanding list of satisfied clients.
