MFS Construction Awarded Contract for William J. Hughes Technical Center Construction QVL

MFS Construction, LLC (MFS) is proud to announce its involvement in the William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) Construction Qualification Vendor List (QVL) project. As part of this contract, MFS will provide a comprehensive range of services, reinforcing its expertise in construction and project management services.

This agreement spans a contract duration from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2034, allowing MFS to deliver long-term, high-quality solutions to support WJHTC’s construction needs.

Under the general construction scope, MFS will perform extensive site work including utility work, paving, concrete, masonry, framing, carpentry, finishes and roofing. MFS will also handle the installation and repair of critical utility systems, including gas, electric, water, and communications. Additionally, structural and architectural concrete work will be performed, reinforcement, masonry repair, and restoration.

MFS will oversee enhancements to the facilities and infrastructure at WJHTC and Cape May County Airport. These initiatives encompass improvements to laboratories, simulators, training buildings, operation centers, and maintenance facilities.

As part of its role in experimental airport paving, construction, and demolition, MFS will manage precision grading, asphalt and concrete paving, and selective pavement removal, ensuring smooth execution both indoors and outdoors at designated WJHTC buildings.
