MFS Construction, LLC is preparing to work on the construction of a new freezer and cooler building (Building 5754) at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Fort Dix) in Fort Dix, New Jersey. The scope of work included selective demolition, site work, and the complete construction of a pre-engineered metal building system. MFS will install a concrete slab foundation and construct the building with insulated metal wall panels and roofing.
Interior fit-out will include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the freezer and cooler units. MFS will install walk-in freezer and cooler units, along with the required refrigeration systems, and will coordinate all necessary connections to existing site utilities.
